Our business is predicated on relationships with senior executives that require a steady flow of investment opportunities in various markets. Our network and on the ground research allows us to provide a consistent flow of opportunities for foreign investors. We source and facilitate the introduction between the asset and its potential suitor. Suitors are clients predominantly based in the Middle East, China, Hong Kong, India and Australia.

We often work on assignment in response to a specific client brief, targeting a particular asset class or region. We are purely a facilitator for all these transactions and do not use our balance sheet or buy through a “house book”.
Our approach is to understand your aims and objectives so we can leverage our network and understanding of the Australian market to source opportunities for evaluation you otherwise mightn’t identify. We are highly proactive in building our pipeline by engaging both assets that are on the market and those that have not yet made it to market. We are very discreet and operate under non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements with both buyers and sellers.
